  The Stage Two Public Engagement commenced on 17 November 2009 and lasted for about two months. Public views and suggestions received during this period were summarised in the Stage Two Public Engagement Report.

The Stage Two Public Engagement of this Study has been completed.  The comments/views received during the Stage Two Public Engagement will be carefully examined.  A Public Engagement Report incorporating all comments received and our responses would be consolidated and released to the public for reference at the next stage of the Study.
